About EezieLead

How EezieLead got built

Founded by Jasper. Run from Malaysia by Alchemistic Cloud (SSM No. 202403173449). Self-funded, no investors.

  1. Why it started

Malaysia does business on WhatsApp, and so do I.

Customers message at 11 at night, on a Sunday, in the middle of a meeting. I didn't want to spend my life ready to reply, so I built EezieLead to answer the leads for me. That leaves me time for what matters more: growing the business, running the company, and making the product better for the people who use it.

  2. First AI reply on WhatsApp

It answered from the shop's own price list and FAQs, and nothing else. That is still the rule. It says "let me check" more often than a bot that guesses, because a made-up price is a promise you then have to keep or break.

  3. Orders, with you in charge

The AI writes the order up. It never confirms an order or a payment, you do. A customer sometimes waits a minute for your tap. A wrong order is worse than a slow one.

  4. Bukku sync

Products, stock and orders sync with Bukku, so the AI quotes what you actually have.

  5. Keeps your WhatsApp Business app

Connect the number you already use without losing your chats, and keep replying from the app on your phone.

  6. Launched

Two more rules came with it. After 60 AI replies in one chat within an hour, the chat comes back to you, because a bot stuck in a loop wastes your money and your customer's patience. And Meta bills its message fees to you directly. We never touch them or mark them up.
